Tarikh Eidil Adha 1431

Dalam Islam, awal setiap bulan (tarikh 1hb) bagi setiap bulan Islam hendaklah
ditentukan melalui ru'yah, terutamanya bagi bulan yang berkait dengan ibadah
puasa dan ibadah raya.
Walaubagaimana pun jika bulan zulhijjah apa yang pentingnya kita kena
mengetahui tarikh wuquf di arafah bila?..untuk orang yang berada di luar
arafah disunnatkan berpuasa.seperti kitalah..Akan tetapi bagi yang berada di
arafah pun boleh berpuasa sunat ini asalkan tidak memudaratkan
pelakunya..jadi mengikut tahun ini di Mekah wuquf di arafah adalah 16 hb/9
zulhijjah dan pada tarikh ini sunnat puasa hari arafah.Banyak hadis Nabi
yang menyarankan untuk berpuasa di hari tersebut..antaranya..
Dari Sahal bin Saad ra,ia berkata: Rasulullah saw.bersabda.."*Barangsiapa
yang berpuasa pada hari arafah maka akan diampuni dosanya selama dua tahun
berturut2 *
(HR at-Thabrani dlm kitab al-Mu'jam al-Kabir [6/5923],Ibnu Abi
Syaibah dan Abu Ya'la).
Kerajaan Malaysia telah membuat keputusan bagi menentukan awal bulan
Zulhijjah sama dengan cara penentuan awal Ramadhan dan Syawal. Keputusan
yang telah dibuat dalam Muzakarah Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi
Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia kali ke-30 yang diadakan pada 22 Ogos 1992
hendaklah digunapakai dan dipatuhi oleh umat Islam di negara ini
bersandarkan kepada kaedah Usul Feqah:
حكم الحاكم إلزام ويرفع الخلاف
Maksudnya;
“(Apabila) keputusan telah dibuat oleh pemerintah, maka tidak ada lagi
khilaf (percanggahan)” .
Bagi kita Umat Islam telah dijelaskan oleh beberapa hadis di bawah ini.
Penentuan syarak adalah lebih afdhol:-
Dalil-Dalil Syarak Mengenai Penentuan Awal Bulan Ramadhan, Syawal Dan
Zulhijjah
Al-Quran dan hadis memberi panduan menentukan awal bulan atau waktu-waktu
dalam melaksanakan ibadat.
i. Dalil al-Quran
يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡأَهِلَّةِۖ قُلۡ هِىَ مَوَٲقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَٱلۡحَجِّۗ وَلَيۡسَ ٱلۡبِرُّ بِأَن تَأۡتُواْ ٱلۡبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰۗ وَأۡتُواْ ٱلۡبُيُوتَ مِنۡ أَبۡوَٲبِهَاۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ (١٨٩)
Maksudnya;
“Mereka bertanya kepadamu (wahai Muhammad) mengenai (peredaran) anak-anak
bulan. Katakanlah; (peredaran) anak-anak bulan itu menandakan waktu-waktu
(urusan dan amalan) manusia, khasnya ibadat haji…”.
Surah al-Baqarah;189
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ ضِيَآءً۬ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ نُورً۬ا وَقَدَّرَهُ ۥ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعۡلَمُواْ عَدَدَ ٱلسِّنِينَ وَٱلۡحِسَابَۚ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ذَٲلِكَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ يُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأَيَـٰتِ لِقَوۡمٍ۬ يَعۡلَمُونَ (٥)
Maksudnya;
“Dialah yang menjadikan matahari bersinar-sinar (terang benderang) dan bulan
bercahaya, dan Dialah yang menentukan perjalanan tiap-tiap satu itu
(berpindah-pindah) pada tempat-tempat peredarannya (masing-masing) supaya
kamu dapat mengetahui bilangan tahun dan kiraan masa. Allah tidak menjadikan
semuanya itu melainkan dengan adanya faedah dan gunanya yang sebenar. Allah
menjelaskan ayat-ayat-Nya (tanda-tanda kebesaran-Nya) satu persatu bagi kaum
yang mahu mengetahui (hikmat sesuatu yang dijadikan-Nya)”.
Surah Yunus; 5
ii. Dalil hadis Rasulullah s.a.w.
a) عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : (صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ
فَإِنْ غُمِّيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعَدَدَ)
(رواه مسلم)
Maksudnya;
Daripada Abi Hurairah r.a. berkata bahawasanya Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda;
“Berpuasalah kamu kerana melihat hilal dan berbukalah kamu (berhari raya)
kerana melihat hilal. Apabila hilal terlindung awan daripada pandangan kamu,
maka sempurnakanlah bulan tersebut (tiga puluh hari)”.
(Riwayat Imam Muslim)
b) عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ الله
صَلَّى اللهُ عَليْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الهِلاَلَ فَصُومُوا
وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَصُومُوا
ثَلاَثِينَ يَوْمًا)
(رواه مسلم)
Maksudnya;
Daripada Abi Hurairah r.a. berkata bahawasanya Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda;
“Apabila kamu sekalian melihat hilal, maka berpuasalah. Dan apabila kamu
sekalian melihat hilal, maka berbukalah (berhari raya). Apabila hilal
terlindung daripada pandangan kamu, maka berpuasalah tiga puluh hari”.
(Riwayat Imam Muslim)
c) صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنْ حَالَ بَيْنَكُمْ
وَبَيْنَهُ سَحَابٌ فَأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شَعْبَانٍ ثَلاَثِينَ (رواه أحمد بن
حنبل)
Maksudnya;
“Berpuasalah kamu sekalian kerana melihat hilal dan berbukalah kamu sekalian
(berhari raya) kerana melihat hilal. Apabila hilal terhalang oleh awan
daripada pandangan kamu, maka sempurnakanlah bilangan bulan Syaaban tiga
puluh (hari)”.
(Riwayat Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal)
Kesimpulan
Bulan bagi planet kita satu.
Arafah juga satu sahaja iaitu yg di Makkah itu.
Tuhan kita satu, tanah suci kita satu, kiblat kita satu, syahadah kita satu.
Tinggal kita tak bersatu, sebab dalam politik kita berbeza2.
Banyak negara, banyak pemimpin. Ketaatan terpecah2 kepada pemimpin negara-negara kecil yang tidak bersatu.
Maka amat pelik tetapi dianggap tidak pelik, apabila tarikh raya kita tidak satu kononnya untuk menjaga kesatuan iaitu menurut ketetapan pemimpin negara masing2.
Dan amat pelik jika anak bulan tidak kelihatan di tempat kita menjadi alasan kita menganggap bahawa tarikh 1hb tempat kita itu mesti lewat sehari.
Kita cuma ada 1 kalendar Islam kan, bukan kalendar Islam Malaysia, kalendar Islam Singapura, kalendar Islam Thailand dan kalendar Islam Makkah kan?
